Picked up my Iran visa yesterday. Plus prescription for A LOT of anti-malarials (Doxycycline, which apparently was developed as an anti-acne drug, so I should if nothing else have wonderful skin). Off to the Pakistan High Commission now. Fingers crossed.
Matt, what is the route, surely a link to a google map with waypoints please?

ReplyDeleteBack to the UK to be best man at Pete & Karen's wedding (which is sort of a fail on the "overland" thing but I'm letting myself off that one) and then back out to wherever I left from. Not sure on the plan from there but freighter across the pacific looks the most likely. Could pitch up in the US or possibly S America, depending on where the boats are going.
